Within the shop, Design Xpress offers customised options from which you can make your selection and tailor make your product. These options can include size, stock, printed sides, quantity and finishing options.

If you are sending artwork with a mix of graphics and photography, make sure that it is in a print ready PDF and that all photography is as high resolution as possible. The maximum size upload is 50MB, if you are uploading files over this size we can make alternative arrangements.
We know that a safe environment in which to make payment is crucial. That’s why we offer payment by PayPal.
All items in our shop environment include FREE UK delivery. Saturday and pre noon deliveries are chargeable. Should you require these services then please get in touch.

Please note that because of our high-speed turnaround, your items could be printed soon after you approved the initial order, however we will always do our best to change the order as late as possible.
If you have uploaded the wrong artwork, please call 01207 582004 quoting your order number. We proof artwork back as standard procedure but if already approved, your items could be printed soon after.
Yes, you can change the address your order’s being shipped to right up until the dispatch date
Log into your account locate your order. You should now see the option to change your delivery address. Please note that if this does not let you amend the details your order will have been despatched.
We use DPD with full visibility so if you would like to track your order, please contact us on 01207 582004 and we can check for ETA on DPD’s website.
Please call 01207 582004 and ask to speak with one of our customer services team. Remember to have your order number to hand. Our customer services team may ask for pictures to get a better understanding of the issue.
Different products have different turnarounds depending upon the complexity of production involved. We would usually dispatch everything with the item that has the longest lead time. Also we may need to send multiple parcels depending upon the mix of products.
